The big problem with this story is that the alibi does stand up, there is proof he didn't do it, no one will listen nor look at the tape which proves she was taken by someone other then her husband in front of three people who knew her at the time the husband was reporting her missing. It is a means to an end to convict the husband. He refused to sell a certain kind of fertilizer which either explodes or helps make Meth. His punishment, his wife and child's death as well as he takes the fall for it. Witnesses gotten out of the way or discredited or both. I know these things to be facts. Why is it that today a Marijuana user is worse then a cocaine user? Something has gone horribly wrong with our Country.
