It is steriotypical, but if this is what the kids see as success, then you use it. Gotta work with people where they are at and not where you are at. One way to get kids to learn what you want them to is to learn what they know. I think I would make a bargin with them that if they would teach me there way of speaking, then I would teach them mine. And that way you would also know what they where talking about. Kinda like learning 2 languages. Gotta know both to teach it.
