When a person gets a drivers license, he must know something about driving on US roads.
Where I live many non licensing drivers have wrecks driving farm workers and since they have a truck or bus full or workers these are really bad accidents.
We also have in our state, state issued licensces that will let you drive a car, a truck or taxie, or it only lets you use it as identification,like to cash a check. You can look at any of these licences and tell what they are licenced for.
Common sense says that our roads are safer if the illigals have had to pass an exam so that they have to know how to drive in the US. And there is nothing to prohibit issuing these licences to show that they are illigals.
