I find it interesting that Kobe Bryant is also on Chrisman's Database list.
Firstly, let me say I DO NOT defend rape or rapists.
But KObe Bryant wouldn't BE in this mess if he had kept his pants zipped---consensial or otherwise.
However, the more I read about this---I think this is a case where PRIOR history by this woman and her lifestyle MAY be HUGE in this case---because it is a he said--she said.
It appears the she went to the hospital the next day (and her PARENTS were out of town unlike it was first told) carrying the panties she had on the night before. She didn't count on them taking her panties that she wore to the hospital.
What they found was semen and SPERM in those panties she wore to the hospital. And a blond pubic hair.
I looked it up---sperm DIES by 50% in 2 hrs. and I assume the rest would die shortly there after.
What this IMPLIES is that she had sex with yet another person AFTER the alleged rape.
I know of NO case where some traumatized rape victim goes out and finds yet another sex partner within hours of the rape.
Kobe does not deney having sex with her. They may even have his DNA in her panties from the night before--or should.
And although I KNOW intellectually that even a Hooker can get raped---the pattern with this woman is hard to ignore.
And the QUESTION is was she RAPED--not whether she had sex with Kobe Bryant.
Sexual histories--I think sometimes it IS important for it to come in. This woman didn't come in all beaten up within an hour of the rape.
She didn't come in til the next day--after apparently having sex with yet another guy.
She has a mental history of attempted suicides.
The woman in the office that saw her afterward saw nothing out of the way with her. She didn't seem upset. She worked out her shift. And that woman says in her statement that it was her opinion that the girl used her job at the resort as a 'dating" (sex) service.
ANd don't forget ---she told of sex prior to Kobe but didn't say anything about having sex afterwards. And if she denies it---she will have to either say she wears dirty underwear from days before or that she put on someone else's underwear to come to the hospital.
I don't think she has the "psychology" of a RAPE victim.
