No, it may not all be stupidity.
It might be someone's agenda for sure.
The INS has it own set of corruption and agendas that we have been hearing about for years now.
We have learned that some INS officers are Profiting from the illegals thru bribes to let them go and actually arranging for illegals to get into the country.
Some have been found to be in the drug trade itself.
I am not accusing these particular officers. I don't know anything about them.
BUT until we clear out the corruption in our own agencies, it may prove to be extremely dangerous not only in the criminal arena but also in the National Security arena.
Also, the INS is tasked with protecting our country against illegals, etc. but we have found that many of the employees of the INS have their own agendas of wanting as many illegals to get in as possible and circumventing the loopholes in the law.
