Geez! Yes, they are. Say Mel Gibson. He, his wife and 7 kids have never had a hint of scandal attached to their names nor any suggestion that very viril Mel Gibson is out screwing around.
I call this the organism factor. Voting for a president on his "maleness".
Frankly, I never saw it. Every time I see Bill Clinton, I think of W C Fields. Don't know why but I do.
And Al Gore's ratings went up when he kissed his wife Tipper at the convention. Was that the organism factor too?
