I have really enjoyed this forum, where people discuss hard issues without name calling and instead respect each other's opinion and listen to the other side. Friendly like, you know.
I like Clinton, he was as good as they come. That he managed to achieve what he did for America and the world, with the vultures constantly on his back, is admirable.
Most people outside the right wing American Republicans would agree with me. Remember when Clinton adressed the UN in the middle of the Lowinsky debacle. He was given the first standing ovation in the history of the United Nations.
I happened to sit next to my 80 year old, deeply religious European mother when the "monica story" broke. My mom was also a big Clinton fan and I asked her what she thought now? "Well," she said, "he IS a very viril man." Are some people more tolerant, maybe?
