Jean,
I got the message, even if Diane and Charlie didn't. I think that it's a function of being a liberal or a conservative.
You and I are liberals so we are sensitive to attacks on liberals (even if we don't like them personally) and we know that no amount of information from "liberal" source is ever going to get the point across to conservatives that there are sinister connections to powerful people in the GOP that need to be examined. You have to use a conservative source, preferably one that you have seen conservatives use. But when you do that you are going to be accused of "picking and choosing" every time.
You should have seen that one coming.
Charlie, you know me well enough to know that I am about as fond of Bill Clinton as I am of Jane Fonda but it seems to me that you are more tolerant of some really nasty guys in the GOP and their links to domestic criminals and foreign enemies than you are of their Democratic counterparts. If you think I'm wrong about that let me know, but please don't give me a comparison list of evils committed by the Democrats that somehow outweigh the evils committed by the Republicans. I can go to any Conservative "news" source for that, just as I can go to any Liberal news source to get the dirt on the Republicans.
What will it take to get all of us to follow whatever leads we can find to the truth about which politicians did what to advance that cause of the enemy and why they did it? --Jasper
