BTW, I am no hawk. I had my own problems with the VN war at times though I never once considered going out and protesting. And I would have slapped someone stupid if I had witnessed them spitting on a soldier.
What this is belongs into the category of self-defense.
It is what you have to do when your enemy has declared war and attacked and vowed to kill every man, woman and child in the country who is not a Muslim. And vowed to kill every man, woman and child who is not Muslim in the World.
