This is somewhat of a bigger deal in Fla. In the town I live in one of the counselwomen was seen in a resturant with a person that was bidding on something. She was jailed for breaking the sunshine law.
I fear that this is more than just security. It lets him hold secrete meetings about lots of things that normally he would be impeached for.
