April 19 1995 OKC. At this point in President Clinton's administration they had also arrested several people who were involved in plots to kill President Clinton. There was small domestic terrorist things before Oklahoma City and after. Although the Foriegn intelligence is lacking but the domestic intelligence saved several lives over the eight years as many people who had "accidents". What surprised me was the anger and hate that people spewed about during the Oklahoma City Bombing memorial service in regards to how Dare President Clinton be part of that Service when he is just doing a photo Op. I left doubt that the signed bill so close to the tragedy, and then the avtivating of this new law in Florida because of explosions in New York and Washington before they even used such laws.
Although I may be mangling it, what is up with the double standard? Either it is okay to bring up what an administration and it Govenor's of the same political parties do, forget the Gov is the Presiden't brother, or else it is not. Considering the Democrats have dropped all partisan activities and giving the man in the White House whatever he wants, so what is wrong with it going the other direction where the Republicans give the same bipartisan support for their ideas? Why this constant hate coming out of the Republicans? I mean if we want to get down and dirty there are two reports one led by VP Gore about how the Airports needed to make the Security of Airports Government run or take the risk of what happened the eleventh, another report was covered up by the Condit mess which stopped being about finding Chaundra and more about smearing Condit so he can not run another term has the time in for his retirement and hid other such bills that went through the while this media frency about someone's personal life because more important. Lets stop this here. The last thing I wanted was that to be true. I am still pulling for those memebers of THE GRAND OLD PARTY. to step forward and remind the rest of them who seem to have forgotten how much it did include the poor and elederly as well as the sick, not just the Corporations. If the Democrats didn't have faith in the Grand Old Party they wouldn't have dropped all opposition to the other side of the aisle and voted with them. Why did the GOP try to and maybe succeeded in adding drilling in the wildlife refuge that was protected by law.
