Anyone else hear that the Gov of Florida signed an Executive Order of Marshall Law on Sept 7th 2001 as well as suspension of all civil rights? I am not making an accusation, just asking a question as it implies prior knowledge of the tragedy. I have been searching the news and the links on the info I got and they don't work which is why I am asking.
