If the September 11 terrorists turn out to be based abroad, the first thing that has to happen is the Department of Defense has to change its name back to what it used to be, the Department of War. Then we have to go to war. If they turn out to be homegrown crazies, that's another kettle of fish.
In any event the only way anyone would even think of doing something like this is if they believe they can get something out of it. So far our media have been telling everyone "with a gun and a just cause" that they can get what they want. That has got to change. --Jasper
