What do you think of the plastic and the showel in the back of the Bronco? Clark presented those as the grand finale on the Friday of Fuhrman's testimony, for the juror's to think about during the weekend. Clark says in Without a Doubt that is was Fuhrman's theory that O.J. had planned to use it to carry away Nicole's body from the crime scene. Fuhrman claims it was a total surprise, (an obvious lie). We looked a little foolish, he said, when it was discovered what the plastic was. We should have known.
He must have known all along that this was a foolish theory. There was no time for the accused to have planned digging a grave somewhere that night, it doesn't go with any of the scenarioes, it doesn't fit anything.
So why is Fuhrman setting himself up to look foolish?
