You didn't get what was being said. The good doctor, whatever his beliefs, stated that the appeals judge took one look at the document given to them after the Brown's obtained a copy of the document from Hodgeman and gave it to O.J.'s attorney and the judge states without hesitation, this telephone bill has clearly been altered, or something of that nature. Apparantly there was no real effort to not be obvioud, they just put it into a type write or printer or whatever and changed the time and it was obvious. The sickest part of this is that the CA STATE BAR investigated this charge as well and found no reason to discipline Marcia Clark, yet they disciplined Barry Scheck for the mai; being slow and getting him his license to work in CA and Carl Douglas because he took the heat for the Rosa Lopez tape even though they didn't use her testimony and so the sanction he recieved in court and from the State Bar wasn't even a legal cause. Now the Prosecution had lots of discovery violations and not one person from the prosecution side was charged suspended nothing. Just Bsrry Sheck and Carl Douglas.
