Oh, just for the record. Another thing you have to know about Nicole's gate is that it was broken that night (which is interesting because neither O.J. nor Jason knew it was broken). That means Nicole had to come out of the house and physically open it, which means Goldman couldn't have gotten inside before then.
It looks to me like somebody monkeyed with the lock.
When a soldier plans an ambush, he first learns everything he can about the movements of his target and scouts the area he has selected to spring the trap for avenues of approach and escape. He then blocks off all possible lanes of approach other than the one he wants his target to take (it's called "channeling" the enemy), conceals himself in range of the people he want's to take out and wait for them to come. An ambush is not a fight. It's a kill.
These are things that only someone trained like a soldier would know. Mark Fuhrman had that kind of training. He was a marine. --Jasper
