I believe there has been a long term debate on AFOJS, which I believe you read and post from time to time, about how blood was not aspirated into Nicole's lungs. During the discussion it came out that it was more than possible that Nicole went to the ground hitting her forehead on the something hard, either cement or procelein. Then there was a stab to the neck main artery. That the remaining injuries were fabricated and done well after death. Whether you except this explanation is up to you. The main point is that a coronor when preparing a body cuts the neck artery and drains the blood out. I really don't know that much about it other than what I have been reading in Killing Time and some of my own research so I can't explain as much as one might want.
