The law enforcement community has always been extremely close knit in California. They run together like a well oiled machine. It would be no secret or suprise to have the PPL supporting any aspect of LE in California, and in fact there is little doubt that political clout is shown by the monetary support as well as political endorsements.
Governor Davis (A Catholic) is apparently afraid of what the people would think of him should he go to moritorium on the death penalty. Although he is a very good man, he is WRONG about this and the killing should immediately stop. He's being pig headed and this will come back and bite him in the butt when the truth of the planting of evidence finally sinks into his head.
A moritorium on the death penalty should automatically be sent out to all of the states as there is obviously a lot of legalized MURDER going on.
If they stop the Homicides now there will be more suits and it will not look good politically for those in power who have the authority to stop it. KILL THEM NOW so we don't have to pay the penalties. THAT IS THE MOTTO. Am I being a facicitious bitch. YES! This is a great thorn in my moral makeup.
