Look up Promis or Inslaw on net. Inslaw was the 1st company that owned Promis software. This software was sold to Isreal, Brazil, etc to use by their intelligence agencies. It had a backdoor,so that we could spy on thier spys. This was during Ragan time in 80s. There was a murder(called suicide) of a reproter who was on the story. Several peole were prosecuted over stuff Inslaw had done and David Bresnahan who was owner or high up is in prison for runing a meth lab. I think it went bankrup and was bought our by Jackson Stephens and the name changed to Systematics in Arkensaw. Both Foster and Hilery had part in this legal transaction. The software was then sold to almost all banking systems and also had a backdoor to spy on peoples financial transactions. It was later sold to Alltel. Since Jackson Stephens, if I am not mistaken, is a bitter enemy of Clinton, I would not think that they put it in Whitehouse, perhaps Regan or Bush put it in, I don't know. It also had something to do with the bank that was laundering money and about the guy ? who was accused of plotting the murder of his son up in your neighbor hood. I am doing this from memory, so I may be wrong on part of this. Fred Celeni rings a bell with me, but I don't remember what.
