Beam and his militia followers are REPACKAGING THEIR MESSAGE. THEY DOWNPLAY RACISM AND FOCUS ON PEOPLE'S FEAR AND ANGER. THE FEAR OF AND ANGER AT A GOVERNMENT that overregulates, overtaxes and at times, murders its people. The ear of and anger at a government that is insensitive, encaring, and callous to the needs of its people. The fear of, and anger at, a government that takes away a person's right to bear arms so that the country is vulnerable to domination by a New World Order. Tens of thousands of people are hearint the message and thousands are joinng their movement,MANY UNAWARE THAT BEAM AND HIS FELLOW TRAVELERS ARE HELPING TO SET THE AGENDA. They are just the type of people racists and neo-Nazi leaders have long been after. It is that virulent hatred of the federal government that is driving the miitia movement,WHILE AT THE SAME TIME MASKING ITS INSIDIOUS RACIST UNDERPINNINGS. The racist message is never far from the surface. ( It is upto us who believe we are intelligent, to look for it in our politicians and media. Make note of the politician who makes the slip of the tongue and say things such as 'you people'. Think long and hard is the law they are voting for ultimaely going to really help the schools or is it a way for the gov. to pay for religious brain washing for children of racists and to hell with the poor inner city kid, who can not afford with vouchers to attend the private schools, or who cannot make the grade to get in-what is going to happen to those left behind in public schools now drained of money to serve the disabled and learning handicapped in some way? Is a medical plan really to help the poor or is it to enrich the insurnce agencies? You got to look beyond the retoric propaganda that continues to heap wealth on the rich and keep the poor in 'their place.') Hatred for the federal government is not just being preached by professional racists. Americans get a daily dose of antigovernment venom from radio talk shows, respectable lobbying organizations and even members of Congress that competes in viciousness, mean-spiritededness, and hatefulnes with anything said or written by members of the wtrmist movement. It has helped to create a clmate and cultue of hate, a climate and culture in which invective and irresponsible rhetoric is routinely used to demonize an opponent, legitimize insensitive sterotypes, and promote prejudice. This point is not missed by the ideological thinkers behind the frightening movement. Jon Trocmann, founder of the Militia of Montana said "We don't want bloodshed. We want to use the ballot box and the JURY BOX. We don't want to go to the cartridge box. but we will if we have to." Well we have seen the JURY BOX unfold, the next prosecution team will have learned that they had better not underestimate the intelligence of the jury the next time. And then their was the civil trial, in which they already had a guilty plea before the trial began and even if they thought he was not guilty, would have of neccessity had to have voted guilty or suffer the same consequencis of the first jury, except worse as they were white. We have seen the JURY Box that the white supremists envision. Are we going to see the same in the ballot box in this election season, and remember it goes top down, but also bottom up, How about your local school board member or council person? What do thier words really mean? Who does it really benifit under the surface? ARE YOU BEING DUPED AND LEAD DOWN THE GARDEN PATH TO LOSING YOUR LIFE IN SOME CASES OR FREEDOM IN OTHERS? HITLER DID IT TO A VERY POWERFUL COUNTRY NOT THAT LONG AGO. CAN YOU SEE THE SIMILARITY? AND THEN THEY CAME FOR ME!
