I did a search of the Good Old Boys Roundup and found a DEA site that said that 1995 was a bad year because the Good Old Boy Roundup and the racist activities there in previous years had been exposed.
Now, the way it is worded (at the end of 95) it could mean that the roundup was in 95 and was exposed or it was exposed in 95 from previous years. But I was right about the exposure being around the time of the trial in 1995.
It could mean the roundup was in 94 and was exposed in the press in 95. Just don't know.
