I think you are right on this, but I wonder if there is more. Von Braum was big in Nasa. I had a relative that worked closely with him. This relative was a bright guy who would never be into the politics,just the science. After the explosion that killed the school teacher he had a nervous breakdown. There was also a lot of family sickness at the time also. I also know a scientist that told them before hand not to launch. I just feel that their is someone or group that is stiring the pot and pulling the strings. Those guys you are talking about would be getting pretty old. A scientist is not an 18 year old kid and they would have come here in mid to late 40ies. I can understand your regular "Bubba" getting into this but someone is pulling "Bubba's" strings. Thanks for the reference. I do know a very smart guy who became very raciest in college. He was one of top 3 students in a very competitive field. He graduated 3rd and he hated Jewish people from then on as the 1 and 2 in class were Jewish. Talk about projecting and instead of being proud of 3, he was misirable not being 1.and blamed them instead of realizing that they were either smarter or worked harder. I just have a hard time with this. I have trouble with the Miami Cubans, but not as a whole group like that.
