I find it very interesting that the autopsy results have been SEALED.
At the very very LEAST this is a panic shooting.
At MOST it was a setup--by a practical joker or some other person Or organization/agency. Possibly an undercover operation of some sort. Very possibly an agent provocutuer could have done this and Hopper just used.
Much much more investigation is needed.
A casual dismissal of anything wrong with the shooting and a declaration that Hopper was innocent of any wrong-doing the first thing the next morning---is very suspect.
The big press conference where Parks showed the gun was designed to imply that Lee caused his own death--end of story. However, the exact same thing could have happened if he held a cell phone and the cop CLAIMED it looked like a real gun to him.
It is time for this "perceived danger" as the only criteria for excusing cop behavior to cease and desist.
