The floating seems like an out of body experience. i have tried to do that for years with no success. From what I understand we do it all the time when we are asleep but are unaware of it. Somehow this time you just became aware of it and assumed it was a dream. Then it was dega vu, which is often what is called psycological clues. To simplyfy-You are in a room with blue and white wall paper and pink rugs and the window looks out over trees. At another time you are in a room with blue and white wall paper, pink rugs, and trees. Your mind believes it is the same since there are several similarities.So this s probaly what you experienced. Two different but enought simeilarites for your mind to see it asthe same. Now there is another dega vu experience. That is when you visit a place and it is a place you spent time when you were in a previous life. This is usually a much fuller experience bringing up memories of people or like there were horses instead of cars and a knowledge of how to travel from one place to another and knowing what is around the next corner.
