I think the 9:37 call was made by one of Nicole's sisters, probably the younger one. Unless Juditha phoned at 9:37 from a cell phone.
I don't think Nicole went anywhere at that early time(9:37). Perhaps she went somewhere with the 10:00 visitor?
10:17 pm would be a reasonable time for Juditha's arrival back at her home. But the report I read specifically mentioned that Nicole initiated the call which came just as Juditha arrived at Dana Point.
If Juditha initiated the 9:37, did Nicole tell her she was going somewhere?
