2) How close in appearance was it to the cap that OJ allegedly wore in Frogman. (Quite a coincidence, isn't it, OJ playing two movie characters wearing similar ski caps. Who would know about the filming of Frogman?)
4) The two redish/brown caucasian hairs that Kestler testified to in the GJ should definitely be moved into the undisputed list. At that time they were only discussing what evidence could be shared. Who knows what Resnick's natural color was, but at the time it looked like redish/brown.
