During Cross Examination the Defense attorney was asking a question and began with, Your Partner Mark Furhman, interupption Phillips, "Mark Furhman was not and never has been my Partner." The defense attorney asked a few foundational questions about what was testified to before in Pre Trial hearings as well as the Preliminary Hearings which I believe has a few more Phillips Moments where he lied badly. I will never understand how a case with such a clear case of lying and planted evidence got the trial? Ron Phillips, whatever his role in the frame up was not a good liar as something had caused bad feelings in between and although Phillips is suspect in regards to his performance as a police officer in general as he does seem to care little about the truth. I believe he has a few complaints. It is if Brentwood is where they put the racists. Something more had happened between Phillips and Furhman before the testimony of Ron Phillips. His remarks about not being Partners with Furhman was as harmful to the Prosecution as did the shaking of Barry Schecks hand by Deniis Fung in front of the jury.
