I believe it is on several networks like TNT and TBS. I wish I could remember the name of the show as it started an entire series of Det Jannick shows. There were two where the murderer switched heads. One wasn't the Jannick Movie. I think it was called something like The Neck Tie Murders. The killer left a red ribbon around their necks where the heads were severed and switched. Then they made the first Jannick murder show with the same concept and the photographer girlfriend of the cop noticed how the bodies appeared to be posed. It is possible it is the same mini series. It may have aired and then didn't for a long time. Later it aired again. The killer was a photographer who watched the teacher exercise in the nude each day. This was why he killed the prostitute and the school teacher as he was an aspiriring horror movie maker who took prostitutes to this warehouse filled with furniture like his parents living room as shown in a book of pictures from when he was a child. It was a rather creepy movie.
