Actually, the stress and excitement of killing two people would have bought on a seizure without a doubt. No matter how violent he is, Jason would not be able to carry it out. He is a seriously ill Epileptic. Even with medication he would not have made it out of the chute. We still have the problem of who was hiding in the closet.

And animation of what was happening in the Bundy neighborhood in time release form would be one of the most excellent things that could be done.
Many have discussed doing it. A while back, Prien and others and myself looked at the dog finders (Schwab's story) very closely and measured (by experiments) how long it would have taken him to walk and compared it to his actual testimony.
Taking the time that he got home and backtracking, he Should have been beside the Bundy alley behide NIcole's at the very time the SUV would have been going by. And could have very possibly been seen by Heistra as he stood under the tree for a while and looked back. (street lights are at the intersection and more according to photos we have seen)
Timing how fast a person can walk and then allowing that he was walking a dog and that he stopped and observed Kato the dog, examined him, walked in a more leisurely fashion after that due to Kato following them, etc., it does in fact blow his story of where he was and when out of the water. Also adding the two conversations with the cop (if that in fact happened) and exchanging info (for the animal shelter to be able to call him later at home, etc.) took TIME. Time he did NOT allow for in his testimony--and be where he said he was and when he said he was.
For some, being mistaken about where Heistra was in relationship to the Bundy condo and other things allowed for a failure to realize that Heistra and Schwab should have crossed paths or at least been within sight of each other around the 10:40 to 10:45 time.
Wagner had some photos on his website of the neighborhood that he took that make this more than obvious when you actually see what that intersection looked like and what the neighborhood looks like from a different perspective than an air shot given in the books.
It also gives a better perspective about how the scene was seen by those who testified that they drove by and saw the area via their headlights on their cars as well.
I will be the first to admit that it looked totally different than how I had pictured it.
