What also happens is they are so damn sure of themselves--say about WHO is guilty ---that they are willing to MAKE it true.
If there was ever a case to show this--the OJS case was it.
Last night on 48 Hours, repeatedly Fuhrman was SURE he had THE big clue or THE PROFILE of the guy and he was wrong over and over again.
In Fuhrman's case, he has the "EXPERT" syndrome that is very common with Psychopaths (sociopaths). They CLAIM an Expertise in something that they outdistance every body else in. In his case, it is detective work.
And he says it in the same tone (obnoxious) that Vannatter said "27 year experienced detective" ad nauseum.
