I don't think that O.J. left Rockingham to go to Bundy at any time on June 12. I also do not think that Shively was lying. Ditto for Mckinnon.
I think Shively initially reported her sighting occurred at 10:40 pm. She had reported the incident the next night. On the 14th, she was phoned by the LAPD and on the next day, Vanatter interviewed her.
Per Wagner, she had reported a 8-10 minute error in her car clock. That would make her sighting at either 10:32 or close to 10:50.
McKinnon reported his sighting (he was at a gas station on San Vicente) at 10:35 pm. He reported the three numbers of A.C's plates and otherwise reported the same that Shively reported. (no lights, Bronco, swerving).
The driver of the Nissan, left a tip on LAPD hotline, but was never interviewed (or so we assume).
Heidstra reported the "hey, hey, hey" as occurring between 10:30 and 10:35.
Based on these witnessess' testimony, we can conclude that a light SUV left the area of Bundy at about that time.
Shively actually initially also mentioned A.C.
Marcus Allen's flight left at about 11:00, so it probably wasn't him who she saw.
Given Leif Tilden's claim of seeing 4 men running in the alley behind Bundy and Tom Lange's (the neighbor's claim to have seen Nicole hugging a tall black man, in front of a white vehicle (?), and accompanied by as many as four "guards", could the man he saw have been A.C.?
A.C. could've been the person at Bundy at 10:30 and may have even been the source of the "Hey, Hey, Hey" when killers moved to kill Nicole?
Wouldn't it be nice if the Nissan driver would come forward to support the testimony?
Finally, ever wonder why the grand jury summoned for A.C. was dropped?
