Although kept away from the public, there were a number of known blurts Roberts made which provide some support for our suspicions regarding his role.
One concerned the witness who reported seeing a Bronco driving erratically near Bundy the night of the murders. The witness' name was McKinnon. He even provided the first three numbers of the plates, (which incidentally matched A.Cowlings).
This report got squashed, even though Tom Lange was asked to investigate this in late July.
Who was the detective to take McKinnon's initial report? None other than Brad Roberts. When Roberts was asked later about whether or not the witness had mentioned the license number (or some other important detail), Roberts couldn't remember. What a joke!
BTW, I looked up a photo of Cowlings to see if he resembled O.J. There are similarities. The photo under "arrest" in the CNN Oj trial page is especially interesting. It's a mugshot of AC when he was arrested after the chase. Even looks like he has some noticeable bruises! (They could be just skin blemishes though). Could AC have been the 10:00 visitor to Nicoles, the BM man and the person Shively saw? It was said that he had an alibi, but that was said about Fuhrman as well.
Regarding Brambles, the facts you mention are very interesting. Does he represent still another angle to this case?
