I have always believed that Clark dumped Shively because of her claim that she saw O.J. at 10.50 and that she had to go with Kaelin's 10.40 - 10.45 thump, thump, thump time to explain the bloody glove. Couldn't have it both ways.

I just read Kaelin's Grand Jury testimony again and find to my surprise that the time of the thumbs never came up at all. I had assumed it would have had to be there.

Now the question is why Clark didn't ask Kaelin that question. She certainly pressed Shively hard on the time, asked repeatedly to confirm the 10.50. Wagner claims that Clark coerced Shively into changing the time of the intersection incident and that it actually happened at 10.37, which would have worked fine with the time of Kaelin's thumps. So what was going on in Clark's mind?

She must have known when Kaelin heard the thumps. Fuhrman explained the "finding of the glove" to her and then from the police interview the same day.
