In the transcripts of the court decision that Pat V posted, everyone apparently agreed that the '84 date of the baseball bat incident was correct. You had it right all along. Of course all of us here realized that once you got us to take a closer look at it. What do you suppose got the judges to take another look at it? Could it have been the testimony of Mark Day who testified in the civil trial in place of Mark Fuhrman? --Jasper
