Gov Bush maybe had never reprieved anyone, but he sure did give Clemency to Henry Lee Lucas, Serial Killer of over one hundred people. For some reason no one is talking about it. They just keep talking about this reprieve of this man they just executed even though the test shows it was probably a reletive not him. It simply didn't exclude him but it was not 99 percent, more like the seventy percent range which usually means a family member.
