Jasper,
Tell me more about the "lizard".
Did you notice the strange relationship beetween fuhrman and his wife in the movie. I assume fuhrman had great input in his movie and that he wanted to look like a "good guy", yet whenever there was a scene where his wife was involved it all went flat, in fact she was always flat in relation to him. The only smile granted to her from him was when she told him to go ahead and do his thing with the Moxley book. He called his family "the wife and kids" and ended a phone conversation with his wife "you know I love you", as opposed to saying "I love you". The wife character had no character at all, she was an extension of fuhrman's.
You are so right that fuhrman has no imagination. Just think of how he created the Simpson murder motive and how he recreated the same in the Skakel case: Man loves woman - woman does not love man, loves other man. Man kills woman. Something is seriously missing in that man's head.
