I’m with Jean on this one. No matter who you are you get discriminated against for belonging to one group and you get breaks for belonging to another. I don’t think that I would have made it out of the 9th grade if my mother hadn’t been active in the PTA, if my brother hadn’t been an outstanding student and my last name hadn’t been Garrison.
Even the guy that you thought got such a bad break probably got some good ones that you missed just because he was a guy. –Jasper
