Jasper, What you say is true but comparing documents isn't in his writing style is what I meant. His books have not heavily been filled with documents. In fact, he stays away from them for the most part.

In many ways, the Foster case (descrepanies) are based on the various witness accounts which were "tampered" with by the FBI and the Park Service cops. The "raw' notes differ drastically to what the "official" report by the Agents wrote for the final report.

Several of these witnesses went thru a go between or had Gordon Liddy go with them rather than approach the FBI themselves. Don't know if they would do much talking to Fuhrman.

I still say his interest in Foster is almost unnatural considering the big cases that he might could write about. And as you say, it started very early.
