Jasper, don't ask me, I don't know. Why I didn't even remember or know the incident actually occurred in '84. Someone asked if there was any signs or whatever to indicate when Fuhrman started plotting this thing. It seemed like a great question to explore. What immediately rang through my head was Johnnie Cochran saying; '.......... from that moment on any time he could get OJ Simpson he would! That's when this all began!" Then I went to JC's closing transcripts for specifics and lo and behold, maybe its not 100% accurate but I found it very interesting JC mentioned several times the moment Fuhrman started to hatch a plan. Johnnie must've thought it was a compelling enough theory. It does make sense however it isn't always easy to discover when someone started hatching a plan, unless they started writing or speaking about it or started buying relevant materials. Take Fuhrman's genocidal racist views combined with the "incident is indelibly imprinted on my mind" report and its obvious he was thinking something. It wouldn't surprise me, though, if you, Jasper, could come up with more evidence of Fuhrman hatching a plan. -Rudy
