Ok, sure its good to keep an open mind but personally I have trouble taking this seriously. Either its a well made mocu-mentary or the guy has fallen in love with his own crazy hypothesis. The movie was well produced, looked professional, the investigator has experience, its directed to sound compelling with music, expert clips and such but the evidence exists in this guys mind. Why? because Jason didn't do those killings. Its little bits of meaningless circumstantial evidence- which don't fit the crime. Dear's theory of how and why the murders happened sounds completely like some imaginary construction based only on Dear's own wishful thinking to sell books, not factual evidence. Fuhrman is even reported at the end of the film as saying there is no motive for Jason as the killer. His theory of how OJs Isotoner gloves got there- I think it is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard, he can't be serious. William Dear doesn't even seem to know or understand the basic evidence of the case. Notice how he tries to implicate VanAtter planting blood on the socks, June 12, straight from OJs reference vial, (which is not the record of how it was allegedly done) then he incorrectly states that VanAtter books OJs blood later that afternoon. Who knows though; maybe they'll throw an innocent Jason in prison next based on his journal writings and the opinion of some investigator. That wouldn't surprise me, its done done all too often. Then when an innocent Jason Simpson tries to flee a lynching they'll say it proves his guilt.
