i'm pretty sure this was an accidental shooting, for some reason he had a gun and was showing it to her or goofing around with it and it went off.hence phil saying to the bodyguard, "i think i killed somebody" i don't believe it was an intentional murder. i don't understand why the defense insisted lana clarkson killed herself, rather than admitting it was accidental.he would have had to serve prison time for an accidental shooting but i don't think it would have been 19 yrs.
