I started a project about week ago that could take months to complete. In the process, I picked up on something in Remington Steele movie references (the last three chapters of The Smoking Gun 2) that I otherwise might have missed. It was a 1933 murder mystery with William Powell (The Thin Man) and Mary Astor (The Maltese Falcon) called The Kennel Murder Case http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0024210/ . You have to see the movie to see the multitude of “evidence” discovered by Mark Fuhrman and theories advanced by Mark Fuhrman in the O.J. murder case and Fuhrman’s Murder in Greenwich movie. But this description of the first great detective in talking movies should be all you need to see that character’s connection to Mark Fuhrman http://us.imdb.com/character/ch0036592/bio —Jasper
