It just hit me...the flu.
I'm sure it was a dream, not an OBE or deja vu. I think it was a genuine case of precognition. Dreams are loaded with symbols. I didn't see a damn thing in that dream that told me I was on an airplane or that I was going anywhere. I simply KNEW that I was going north even though I wasn't moving. When you are a passenger on an airplane you sit in a seat. You don't move; the plane does. What threw me was the precise nature of some elements in the dream and the pure symbolism of others. The FLU was the key symbol I missed because I took it literally. It wasn't motion sickness or a cold. It was the flue. I didn't have the flu. A long time before I got to Detroit I was O.J. - upset, worried, but physically fine. How did I get to Detroit? I flew. --Jasper
