This also works for full moons. Mercury goes out of restrograd on July 17 at 13:21 Green which mean time. You are 8 hours away from Greenwich. So 13:21 - 8:00 ~~~~~~ = 5:21 but you are now on daylight savings so add an hour 5:21 +1:00 ~~~~~ =6:21 when Mercury goes out of retrograde by your time. In Dell Horescope Magazine in the back is what is called a ephemeris. This has most of the times things hapen in code. Not as detailed as the big ephemeris that I have. Dell is based on EST, so don't forget to subract 3 hours and add 1 for daylight time. On the page before or after it will give you the glypts or codes. Like the sun is a circle with a dot in the middle, that is a glyph. Ignore what is called planetary configrations, I have no idea what they mean. Well a kinda idea. Remember the Dell mag. comes out a month ahead, so you got to think a month ahead, you may need it. American Astrology has one two but I don't know if based on Greenwich or eastern time. Now my daughter just had a mercury experience she went to the airport in New York to fly home about noon yesterday. She sat on the tarmack for 4 or 5 hours. They took them back in the airport and told them thay could not get a flight out till July 1 and that there were no hotel rooms available in town. she stood in line 3 hours fearing falling asleep and not only someone stealing her luggage but her lap top full of confidential material. She got a seat that took her to Pitsburg, where she could get a hotel room. Then she got a flight to Miami close but not home. She then had to rent a car to drive the rest of the way. She could not get a flight out of New York to any city in FL. She is home tired but fine. This is just so typical of retrograde Mercury, the height of frustration and delays in communication and transportation.
