Nobody’s Fool— I believe that Fuhrman created a paper trail for his extramarital affair alibi and that his credit card was part of it. To make that alibi credible he also had to create a same-time-same-place paper trail for the “other woman.” Pavelic would not have “confirmed” that Fuhrman had an alibi and hinted that being with another woman was it unless he had something that looked like concrete evidence to back it up. Ditto with Bosco, only Bosco could not have put things together the way Pavelic did or he would not have written near the end of 2004, “We agree! You ninny! I was on to Fuhrman as a principal murder suspect before we picked a jury.” ………………….. The “dirty business” paper trail doesn’t have to follow that model. We can only speculate, for now, on who was behind it and why. Theoretically, it could have been Fuhrman but we need more information to say whether or not he actually had the wherewithal to pull it off. He might have simply stumbled on a false paper trail created by somebody else or a real one created by O.J. and Kardashian. All we can do now is lay out different scenarios to see which ones we can knock off the table. …………………..If the illegal dealings that Bosco’s research linked to the Emerald St. house across the street from Fuhrman’s had boiled down to cocaine trafficking, it would have been easy for me to accept. O.J. was a cocaine user, which meant that he had to get the drug from someone. Kardashian did not use drugs but that didn’t preclude him from dealing in them. That’s my problem with the R&R company DBA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doing_business_as paper trail that Bosco followed while preparing his “L.A Confidential Meets The Bad Lieutenant” story for Time. After all of the private and federal R&R investigations that Bosco was involved in before 2004, what happened to the R&R cocaine business? …………………. To understand Bosco’s frame of reference for laying out his DBA paper trails the way he did, you have to keep in mind his conviction that Bill Wasz told him the truth about O.J. and Kardashian http://www.smartfellowspress.com/_Iago2006/_0206/0000011c.htm (search “spec”). He held that conviction until shortly before his death last year (July 8, 2010). Therefore, he accepted unconditionally every scrap of evidence he found that conformed to it. He got the Fuhrman stuff on his own. Wasz never met Fuhrman and the only things he knew about him came from the O.J. murder trial, his prison guards talking to each other and from me. ……………………It doesn’t make sense that O.J. would hire someone to frame him for murder. But it does make sense, in the abstract, that he or Kardashian working for O.J. would commission the murder and that the killer working at “cross-purposes” would double-cross him. That seems to have been Bosco’s take on what happened. But In practice where is the evidence that either O.J. or Kardashian wanted Nicole to be killed or had anything they even thought they could gain by facilitating her untimely death? ……………….. To get any of that you need Fuhrman’s version of the 1984 baseball bat incident http://smartfellowspress.com/Baseball_bat_incident.htm to supplement John Edwards story of the ’89 New Year’s Day incident http://smartfellowspress.com/Animations/Animations.htm#real_emergency . You need stories told by Faye Resnick, Denise Brown and Ron Shipp about things they said they saw and heard O.J. and Nicole say and do that dovetailed into Fuhrman’s story. You need evidence of O.J. stalking, abusing and threatening Nicole that didn’t exist. It just appeared to exist. --Jasper
