Well, at best the prosecution maybe had to turn it over. But since the prosecution is legally obligated to turn over exculpatory evidence, and the courts have a very loose definition of what counts as such for te purpose of holding the prosecution liable for violating that duty, don't count on them having to gicve even a second thought to turning over that evidenc e if they had it. And they were even under less obvligation to look for that evidence. They only have to turn over what they got. Nothing says they are required to seawrch for exculpatory eviebnce. Dveryone shopuld at least remembeer the prosecution and police wwere investigating Simpson for the murder; they were not looking at Fuhrman. and they really had vastly less physcial evidence linking Fuhrman to the crime than OJ - such as, where was Fuhrman's blood, fingerprints, hair and fiber, etc. that tied him to the scene?P Prien
