Cool. Depends on the distance. I don't see that well and I can tell the makes and models of many cars in th dark. Suvs stand out in particular when I do this. I will have to find some video of his testimony. The most logical explanation for his fear was he had a very good idea of what he saw, and if he didnt recognize the vehicle, he KNEW what it was NOT. Yea the newer suvs were based on it but it was still odd. If he could see it clearly (which we don't know for sure based on your account of his demeanor during testimony, nothing like world famous ass kicking cops to make you change your story) he would definitely know it was not one of the common suvs on the street at the time. I would ask if anyone knew thw distance, but I can hear Rovaan scolding me for not doing my own research. My business needs alot of attention, my family is needy lol, and I have to squeeze in these long posts typing at light speed ignoring a shitload of typos. Maybe I will dig in when things open up.
