I was thinking the exact same thing. The ability to read comprehensively is a dwindling skill in America. This is what makes TV and radio media so powerful and why newspapers are falling by the wayside (not to mention the governments refusal to protect newspaper content and call for at least some type of fee to those who take this content for use on their personal websites, robbing newspapers of needed revenue). Motion pictures and riveting audio touh the heart and minds. There are many ways to use body language and word patterns to influence people that are more effective than the merit of the content itself. It is a kind of hypnosis so to speak. This is what gives the Hitlers, Napoleons, and Obamas their ability to influence large groups. These techniques have been used to perfection to belittle OJI's. It is about time we fight fire with fire.
