It's simple. How else do you make the frame up stick which purportedly puts Simpson at the crime scene at the time of the murders. The key is that in a circumstantial evidence case, the only inference that must necessarily be drawn from estabished facts must point solely to the guilt of the accused.*****The critical inferences must be drawn from facts that clearly andsolely point to Simpson being at the crime scene at the time of the murders that establishes beyond a reasonable doubt only he could have been present to commit the murders. Mere fingerprint won't do since Simpson had been there numerous times. Nor would hair of fiber evidence put him at the scene only at the time of the murders.**********The evience that purportedly put him there was his blood drop trail not only at Bundy, but in the bronco and then leading from it to his front door coupled with the bloody shoe prints leading away from the body that were purportedly made by shoes he owned. The bloody imprints was made of Nicole's blood. Thus the imprints were made AFTER the murder and the blood drops near those imprints were supposedly made at the same time by the same person who made the imprints. Identify the source of the bloody drops, and ergo, you have the killer.*******It was either a very clever planting job or Simpson did it. That's why it was done this way, because the story line immediately was that it was simply imposible to believe that combination of evidence could have resulted from anything but Simpson's actions that proved he was there immediately after the murders had been committed that thereby proved he committed them.********There is no case without that blood. So they had to start creating the illusion the killer must have been injured that accounted for the blood trail. That's what Furhman's supposition about the dog biting the killer was supposed to do that accounted for the blood drop trail they found.********The frame-up would not, however, have worked at all unless they got OJ blood immediately so they could use it for fabricating the incriminating blood evidence. And no, it was not left at the scene to be picked up.*******The proof of that is Mazzola initially affirmed under oath she initialed the coin envelopes the swatches were stored in at the scene, but the ones the police produced as the ones used lacked the initials )Mazzole recanted her earlier rtestimony with proper coaching from the prosecution), and Fung never specified how many swatches were recovered for each stain - not at Bundy and not at Rockingham. Had he done so, it would have been next to impossible to switch the right number of swatches for each stain that were made with OJ's blood. Prien
