Do you notice that at no time do they ask her the time of night this was?
Is it in any other part of her testimony?
It is GLARING that she is not asked the time.
And if she called (911?) and asked for someone to come, this should be recorded somewhere. If not, it gross negligence (or something else) on the part of the cops.
Not that I put much store in either Scwhab's or the neighbor's (Karpf?) stories, there are other things to note as well. Schwab never said he saw a neighbor come out and SLAM a gate nor did he say he heard it. If it were Schwab--he would have done both as he said he was watching the dog.
A slamming gate--loud enough for Heistra to hear would have been heard by Schwab as well. And as you pointed out, Heistra can't be behind Nicole's hearing the gate slam, with Schwab out front of Nicole's while the neighbor is trying to get the mail. No way, Jose".
I repeat---Schwab's story of when he gets home puts him ON the Scene at the time of the murders and people best be realizing that.
He is lying. Somehow and somewhere, he is lying.
And I happen to believe that the blind daters did in fact go by the condo in and around the time they said that they did and saw nothing. And heard nothing and didn't see the dog.
The BEST time witness is the Watch Woman and her documented phone call and her repeatedly looking at her watch.
As I said, even the guy who "guessed" at the time as around 10:20 says the barking lasted around 45 minutes. Wonder if he came up with his times before or after finding out about when Schwab allegedly picked up the dog?
